Panic With a K Tour Concert Review

House of Heroes started the night off in Portland, Oregon. It was the Second to last date on the “Panic with a K Tour” featuring; MXPX, Relient K, Ruffio (Secular Band), and House of Heroes. It was a sold out show on a Monday night.

House of Heroes had an awesome set. I don’t know much about they’re music but they played they’re known songs such as; “Serial Sleeper.” I didn’t really care for Ruffio, and I wasn’t there to write about secular music.

When Relient K came out on stage the party really picked up! Relient K started with some of they’re newer stuff like “Be My Escape.” Before moving on to some of their older hits, after playing 4 or so new songs. Playing a little montage of their old songs by playing the first verse and chorus, then moving on. It is always to see bands play some older stuff. Relient K did hits such as “Softer to Me,” “Pressing On,” “Sadie Hawkins Dance” Before pressing on back to more recent songs.

If Relient K is coming to a town near you on Matt Hoopes Birthday Tour or any future tours, be sure and go! Everyone will be entertained; Relient K always has an awesome set. Also be sure and check out House of Heroes, the newest act that was on this tour. They’re already a great band but they’ll get better and better.
