Another Journal Entry Album Review

BarlowGirl is back with their sophomore release “Another Journal Entry.” BarlowGirl changed their style since their debut release “BarlowGirl (Self Titled).” They went with more rock than pop in this album. BarlowGirl did cover two worship songs, and had Todd Agnew do some background vocals.

Musically BarlowGirl went with more rock in this album, but they do still have slower songs. Covering Chris Tomlin’s “Enough” and David Crowder Band’s “No One Like You.” And Todd Agnew appears on “Psalm 73 (My God’ Enough)” you get a little of variety on this album. They also put an acoustic version of the radio hit “Never Alone” Lyrically BarlowGirl covered the worship songs mentioned above, and wrote some really good and strong Christian lyrics.

Overall the CD has 11 songs, and 40+ minutes of music on the CD. It’s worth your money, especially all you BarlowGirl fans out there. It’s a bit different than their debut album. But it’s really good!
